ACT 1747 of 2001 "An Act to Amend Code Pertaining To Powers And Duties of School Districts"

Arkansas Code 6-13-620 was amended to require that the following information be published in the district's web page.

(A) Minutes of regular and special meetings of the school board;

(B) The budget for the ensuing year;

(C) Financial breakdown of monthly expenses of the district;

(D) Salary schedule for all employees; (see below)

(E) The school district's yearly audit; Clinton School District (Van Buren County)

(F) The Annual Statistical Report.

ACT 1802 of 2003 "An Act To Require Certain Data Be Made Available On The Department Of Education Website"

Each school district shall publish on the district's website the following information :

(A) School District's contracts with all school district employees;            Certified Contract Info            Classified Contract Info  

(B) Salary schedules for certified and classified employees.                  Certified Salary Schedule         Classified Salary Schedule
